SHIPPING, EXCHANGE and RETURNS
We ship internationally to a large number of countries. If your delivery country is not on our list, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll try to help.
Please Note: Shoes should be returned in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.
We cannot process refunds for worn shoes - if you have a question about the condition of your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Delivery and Cost
We ship orders within 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery leadtime is estimated from the time the order is shipped, not when it is placed. Below is cost of shipping and leadtime by country:
Spain and France: 2-3 business days. Free shipping.
Other European countries: 5 business days. Free shipping
UK: 5 business days. €10 shipping.
U.S and international (non-EU) countries: Depending on location, but 5 to 7 business days for the USA. Shipping costs are calculated at check out.
You can exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your original order.
We accept products in original and unworn conditions.
Simply email email@example.com with the invoice you received on your order, and we'll send you a return label and instructions for the exchange.

Rest Europe: free.
US and rest of world: €25
International (non-EU) customers are responsible for the payment of any fees, customs, duties, and taxes associated with returns as well as the delivery cost to return the parcel.
You can return any item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with the invoice you received on your order, and we'll send you a return label and instructions for return.
How to send back the product for return
Option 1: You can organise shipping of your return, using your preferred courier. Upon reception of your returned product, and examination of product condition (unworn, and resellable), we will issue the full refund of your initial payment.
Option 2: Using IMM SHOES's courier provider (refer to below the fee occurred by country). All you have to do is email us at email@example.com, and we will send you a courier label for delivery. If you choose this option, we will deduct the return fee in the refund payment back to you. Take an order of €120 for example, if you return from the UK, the return fee is €15, then we will refund €105 to you.

Note: No shipping fees will be applied to shipments that have been confirmed and verified to be consisting of faulty and / or erroneous products.
How and when will I be refunded?
You will receive a full refund for your purchase credited to the same form of payment you used. Once your return has been received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied issued to your payment method. Please note that depending on the method used or your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
If you want to return an international (non-EU) order please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get the return label. Costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. Please indicate that this is an EU goods return on the Commercial Invoice.
Non-EU customers are responsible for payment of any shipping fees, customs, duties, and taxes associated with returns.
Refuse/miss your order
Orders that have been refused by the receiver, failed attempted delivery or have not been collected from the access point in time, will be charged with a return fee. The fee is 30€.
Risk of loss
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, IMM (MADE BY IMMIGRANTS). The risk of loss for the purchased products passes to you when IMM (MADE BY IMMIGRANTS) delivers these items to the carrier.
