Shipping & Returns
We ship internationally to a large number of countries. Should your delivery country not be one our list, please feel free to contact us and we'll try to help.
Please Note: Shoes must be returned in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for worn shoes - if you have a question about the condition of your return, please email email@example.com.
When will I receive my order?
After you place an order online, we immediately process it. We will ship your package within 2 business day. From then on, it all depends on your shipping company.
Deliveries within Europe vary based on destination countries but tipically range from 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery of international (non-EU) orders vary based on location but typically range from 2 to 3 business days.
IMM's Return Policy
You can return any item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. For a return label, just send us a note at and we'll get one out to you.
International (non-EU) customers are responsible for payment of any fees, customs, duties, and taxes associated with returns and well as the delivery cost to return the parcel.
How and when will I be refunded?
You will receive a full refund for your purchase credited to the same form of payment you used. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
If you would like a different style, size or colour - simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise your return and exchange.
If you want to return an international (Non-EU) order please email email@example.com to get the return label. Costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. Please indicate that this is a return on the Commercial Invoice.
International customers are responsible for payment of any shipping fees, customs, duties, and taxes associated with returns.
Refuse/miss your order
Orders that have been refused by the receiver, failed attempted delivery or have not been collected from the access point in time, will be charged with a return fee. The fee is 30€.
Risk of loss
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, IMM. The risk of loss for the purchased products passes to you when IMM (MADE BY IMMIGRANTS) delivers these items to the carrier.
